Glad we decided to postpone today. 20 minutes from first pitch it’s sunny and hot. I live 5 minutes from the tigue

As of now softball is on.

Agreed. The forecast always had a second round coming in this evening/night and the radar is lit up as of now.

As far as baseball goes I understand pushing it off. Everything that surrounds the game has to happen many hours in advance and if it cancels its just wasted money. Tomorrows weather is going to be great so good call from my perspective.

It’s completely different. If you start the game and the rain comes, in baseball, a delay will burn pitchers. That’s not the case in softball.

As it turned out they could have gotten the game in. But with a perfect weather forecast for tomorrow, why take that chance?
