    Yes. But beating a team that will be a #1 or #2 seed in a regional is not small stuff.

    I don't think it matters who or where we play. Softball seems to be stuck in a void at the moment. Over the last few years it's been the same thing. Work through Friday/Saturday and lose on Championship Sunday. Softball hasn't made the supers since 2016.which was the last time we hosted a regional. So maybe it does matter where we play.

    True but small stuff could have beaten #2 ranked UCLA and several small stuffs could have made some of the big losses much more competitive.

    Very good point. In order to win against teams like that, they will have to play perfect softball. They did not the last two games.

    It seems that Nationally our program is viewed as the best mid major program with the ability to beat a blue blood every now and again. That is exactly what this years team is. We have beaten some of the bigger programs. If we would be able to get some more at home that number will grow. Our young team is playing well and so is the pitching. I just hope we can find 2 great arms in the portal for next year. If we do and everyone comes back, we will be special…
