I'm grasping at straws at this point. Nothing turns the momentum of a game like taking a lead in the top of the 1st, only to give it right back in the bottom. Multiply that by a thousand when free bases are the reason. Not being able to throw strikes when your offense gives you a lead is a cardinal sin of pitching.
Agree. I know Higgs has half the at bats but he's right there statically or if not better than Veillon. Higgs needs more playing time for sure.
