Louisiana Completes Series Sweep and Keeps Lead in Sun Belt Standings
A pair of solo home runs, key defensive stops early and a stellar relief effort from Sam Landry resulted in a 2-0 win for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball team over South Alabama on Sunday, April 9 at Yvette Girouard Field at Lamson Park, completing a Sun Belt Conference series sweep.

The ladies played a great series this weekend. S Alabama is always a hard fought series. We've seemed to have their number lately but always good games. Sam had a great series to hopefully give her some confidence in the circle again. Megan was dominate in game 1. Glad to see the long ball this weekend come back. Reminded me of the old days.
