100% agree.
Just look at Louisville. Adidas branded (I get they're way higher up the Adidas foodchain) and use Fanatics webstore. Both like us. And they put out a replica Adidas sublimated version of their jerseys for $80. And that's a school that has a smaller baseball following than us (by attendance)!

Miss State has the same setup. They offer Adidas sublimated replicas for $80 on their Fanatics site too.
And that's not even getting into the game hat debacle lol
We need better quality jerseys for fans man. And that actually look like their jerseys.
Yeah I believe that's the case. Just playing a bit of devil's advocate. I understand all of its connected to the greater overall athletics/merch. Just wish the level of apparel/options was equivalent to the support. Hope we're able to overcome the hurdles to be able to offer stuff thats comparable
it seems we dont even have the ability to print up replica uniforms on t-shirts.
The old school Cajuns Football uni's on a simply red t-shirt would be pretty darn popular. Instead we have "Louisiana Jersey replicas" which rep no real jersey.
As for the number, put #1 on every single one of them. Damn.
And,
straight up hand them out to incoming Freshman. Who on campus wouldnt wear that.... Nooooooo body. Then they'll do all the facebook, tweeting, instagram, chinese tik tok, whatever and theres the brand! All over the net.
Brian looks like he is wearing Vermilion Red.
Vicious cycle. We produce cheap, ugly replicas that no one buys.
Then, when our clothing partner is asked to produce the real stuff, they say “Well, your fans to buy enough merchandise. You’ll have to pay a higher price for us to produce the real stuff.” Martin Hall says no.
We’re stuck. And as usual, the fans get boned.
