We are not good at the plate right now. Swinging at any pitch. They need to get patient and wait for the perfect pitch.

I know this wasn't your point but you are not going to wear out a softball arm by being patient at the plate like you can in baseball.

Sorry. That is not going to happen. That is not their approach. They are aggressive and will swing a lot of times at the first pitch.

You can be aggressive and still not swing at absolute crap. Aggressive doesn’t equal sloppy.
