Contract extension for Bob Marlin

Much like the football program, when you hire and RETAIN quality assistants, success can be the norm. I have no problem with Marlin's extension, as long as we are extending and/or increasing pay of the assistants at the same time.

The assistants were a huge part of the success this year. As I said in my last podcast, they have definitely earned increased compensation. People may get tired of me saying this but it bears repeating once more. Those guys do much more than the average fan has any concept of. Granted, many who participate here are more than average fans.
