Eli Ortego posted one of three recorded rounds in the 60's through 36 holes and finished in a tie for first place to lead the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Golf team after the opening day of the 38th annual Louisiana Classics on Monday at Oakbourne Country Club.

I know it is early on the final day of the tournament, but UL has moved ahead of #47 LSU and into 4th place, behind #15 Texas A&M, unranked Sam Houston and #32 Little Rock.
