Softball today at noon vs Rutgers and at 5 vs Florida.

Rutgers has a great record, but hasn’t really played anyone. South Al went 2-2 against vs. them this year. Looks like their best win is against Texas Tech. They split the 2 games.

Got to keep beating the teams you’re supposed to and take at least a couple of these top 25 games.

Glasco said he’s likes the way we match up with UF so a sweep today would be huge.

Today [and the rest of the weekend] is HUGE for both the Cajuns and for the SBC in general. The conference has over 40 games this weekend, including 6 against Big 10 teams. The SBC has a legitimate shot at going 5-1 in those 6, which would be outstanding in every way.
There are also our 2 against Florida and Texas State has Alabama and Texas.

Throw in ULM's 3 with McNeese, and Appalachian State's game with Southern Illinois [RPI 47], and there are real opportunities for the SBC to make a statement to the Softball world this weekend.
