eww .. the only thing I agree with is that South Al is set up for a run this year.

I grimaced when I saw the 103. It's CFN, I get it. None of these outlets really values the G5.

Not trying to be negative, but remember those 2 years in the top 25 polls? The window is so small and when you have success it must be maximized. Thankfully the season has to be played and none of the preseason stuff matter at all.

I see “rebuild from last year is over”, “103” and yet we drop 6 spots.

Either way, 6-6 in ‘23 will not be progress.

Maybe, but it won't be a failure either. The defense will be just as much a work in progress next season as the offense was last season. Now, 6-6 after year 3 would definitely be going backwards, IMHO.

So we’ll have the cycle of excuses in play? If Ben/Chandler is QB, we have that excuse in’24? 6-6 last year, and a 6-6 finish in ‘23 at the end of the day is a failure to improve.

6-6 this coming season...RCAF and Dr. Maggard need to shake every damn tree possible to find a new head coach.

I like Dez, and I want him to succeed and be a 9 to 10 win head coach. But man, this program with as fickle as the Acadiana area is in its support of the program CANNOT afford another 6-6 season.

Not a single G-5 in the top 50? Not a single P-5 out of the top 75? After what occurred last season? I wouldn't bet my house on it.
