If you can't get up for a good college baseball game between the Cajuns and a tough opponent, you are probably not a diehard baseball fan. And I didn't say not a Cajun fan.

A Cajun fan he is. A baseball purist far from it. IMO.

    That's why I clarified that I'm not suggesting he isn't a Cajun.

I was gonna wait to make fun of the song til after 8:30, cause all the old farts who like it will be in bed by then. LoL! I kid! I kid! I can tolerate most music. I honestly dislike the song only because once it plays, it's impossible to get out of my head. Hearing it 4 days in a row nearly drove me to murder. On Friday, some guy came up to me and asked where the phonograph was cause he wanted to request that song again. What? I said, man it's 2023 you old fart, there's no phonograph here! He got ____ed! Pulled out a switchblade comb and started aggressively slicking back his hair. I just walked away as he took off his leather T-birds jacket.

Just remember that during the Seventh Inning Stretch when you are standing up and clapping to "Centerfield" by CCR, it came out when I was around 4 years old. Yours truely, old fart!

LoL! Please don't take me serious. I like to bust balls, T.
By the way, I'll be 50 in May and CCR is one of my favorite bands. Now none of you geriatrics hit me behind the head with your walkers or I'll take the tennis balls off em.

59 soon, but I do enjoy classic rock. But there just aren't enough concerning baseball. The oldest songs usually involve organ playing. I just don't think of baseball when Ozzy is singing, "Mama I'm Coming Home".

Well damn, I thought it was released much earlier. Can we go with "Fortunate Son" then?
