Thread: Warren Nolan Conference RPI

    Default Warren Nolan Conference RPI

    As of tonight......I know it's
early BUT the Sun Belt is #1 baseball conference.

Win % is similar to SEC. Differences I see is SEC has overall weaker scheduling AND very few true road games. Vast majority are home and a sprinkling of neutral site games.

Helps that traditional RPI killers in recent years (ULM, stAte, APP) don't suck....yet Also dropping UTA (1-6) already paying dividends.

Overall conference record 61-23 is the best start I ever recall seeing.

Saw that earlier. We ranked 37 but our strength of schedule is 111. RICE AND BYU WILL WIN SOME GAMES SO IT LL improve

It's still early in the season, but the Sun Belt is primed to make a run at being a Top 5 baseball conference in the next few months which will help us tremendously if we continue to take care of business as the season goes on.

It'll take a few weeks for the RPI rankings to really take shape. But I haven't been this excited about Sun Belt ball in a while.

The Campbell Camels will be a fun series. They are a pretty salty team, they already took down a really good ECU team.

    Should be fun.
