I suggest when we play on the road we tell the home team to delete our stats since their presence is a bit unsettling for some of our hitters.

I really didn't think this team was full of Nancy boys. Maybe it's the coaching staff. ____ is laughable.

Don’t let your feud get in the way of common sense.

Maybe the dome should stop showing the players point totals or keep track of personal fouls. Might be a little distracting.
Should probably remove the scoreboard from Cajun Field while we're at it since it could be a little distracting. I mean, if we're gonna get stupid, let's get full stupid.

Scoreboard shows outcome of previous at bats. It shows score, hits, errors. Just doesn’t show yearly stats. Some people will complain about anything. If Deggs doesn’t want stats shown then stats won’t be shown.

I have fully come around on Deggs as head baseball coach. I’m buying what he’s selling. But not having stats displayed on the scoreboard is idiotic.

As MAT said, it's a red flag, one our opponents will easily leverage.

There’s a reason yearly stats are displayed in baseball, but not for sports like basketball or football. Your passion for being contrarian is getting in the way of your common sense

LOL! During our at bats we can have guys from the bullpen climb the scoreboard and put a bedsheet over it. God forbid we get a peek at the numbers

    What’s the reason?

Do stats not being on the scoreboard have an effect on your experience at the game? Don’t you have a phone that can be used to look up stats if that’s what you’re at the game for?

How am I supposed to stay immersed in the game if I’m whipping my phone out for every batter to check their stats?

Baseball is more intertwined in statistics than any other sport. Always has been. They tell new fans who the best hitters are. It’s a part of every ballpark in the country that has the capability for it. Rule of thumb: if you’re doing something different than literally everyone else, the onus is on you to explain why, not the other way around
