I was pleasantly surprised with the crowd tonight. Complete 180 in atmosphere between Wednesday night and tonight. Happy for the guys on the team. They deserved one more game with a strong showing from the fans.

Players and coaches had a nice celebration with fans after the game. If you think about all the strong teams which played in the Dome, these guys deserve credit for being the only one which went through unscathed. Happy for them as it was nice to see them rewarded for their efforts. Note, the guys who were not scoring did not let their shooting problems impact their effort on the defensive end or the glass. While there are some questions about our program, one thing you rarely have to wonder about is will our guys give their all when they step on the court. Congratulations to them. They deserve it tonight.

As much as I love him, he wasn’t needed. Better rest him for the tournament. MT showed out tonight. When Themus sat MT picked up the slack and extended the lead. That’s what good team leaders do. See y’all in Pensacola. Cajuns win!
