He may be a good umpire but when it comes to home games at the tigue, calls slant away from the Cajuns and it’s not even close. There are some that say he had an ax to grind after his brother didn’t become the star everyone thought. I’ll buy that he just doesn’t want to be viewed as biased toward his hometown team. He has missed A LOT of calls at the tigue over the years and they rarely fall in the Cajuns favor.
I was expecting someone to crank up the pain train tonight. Saving it for the series clinching win? :-)

Its very early but it sure feels good the past two games. Honestly think the two teams we have played are ok, but not great. And im not trying to take anything away from the success of our ballclub. Who knows where they will end up in may, but its evident our club is showing flashes of what it can be. I said this last year and ill say it again…tommy ray can be the “x” factor on this staff. Hoping for much more success
