Telling fans they're "butt hurt." Many years of talking ____ to fans on this site and it still amazes me when you get away with it. I'll never understand that.
I was never one of the fans in the beginning the agreed with "3 days in March." It's on RP to see, if you care to do the research. However, THIRTEEN YEARS of running this program should net our fans better than "welp, hope we make the NIT." In year 3? Fine. NIT is one thing. In year 13? Absolutely not.
I don't expect my kids to do calculous at 5, but they better be able to do it by 18. This is not hard to figure out, for people that don't have a vested interest in keeping the current coach installed.
"What" I am is a paying customer, willing donor and alumni, whom people like you should be thrilled still gives half a ____ a bout a place that can't get out of it's own way 90% of the time.
The Voice of the Cajuns, Director of Media Operations for Athletics and life long symbol of UL going on to social media talking politics, ripping the President, talking down to fans, shamefully schilling for University administrators (who were and are clearly derelict) breaking multiple "policy" directives at 1420, Leirfeild, etc... What a world we live in.
You've had 30+ years of telling us who you are. I'm sorry I didn't listen earlier.
And if you really want to get this thing started, comment on my intelligence again.
Y'all over here fighting over semantics. Here's the reality.
There's only one way to get into the NCAA tournament, and its to win the conference tournament.
But the best way to set yourself up to win the conference tournament is to play well for the entire season, getting experience and a good seed.
So its not ONLY about 3 days in March. It CULMINATES WITH 3 days in March.
The same concept applies to basketball of all levels that end in a tournament. Even the NBA.
Not rocket science.
