Keener Cagle vs The Gipper

Here's a detail I did not know. Knute Rockne gave his 'Win One for the Gipper' speech at halftime of the 1928 Army game, which was tied 0-0.

UL alum Christian 'Keener' Cagle was playing for Army. He almost won the game for Army in the closing seconds; if he had, the speech probably would have been completely forgotten.
