If it could be fixed it would of been fixed last year also. Either the talent isnt good enough to fix or the coaching isnt good enough to fix it. Its begining to repeat itself year after year. I struggle to remember Deggs signing talent like an Evan Guillory or Gunner Lege.
Damn, y'all hit it out of the park. Nice work! LOL
Tony always said..... 2 out of 3 on the road and sweep at home.
Mission accomplished.
Time will tell on pitching. I see a lot of guys with good stuff. The problem is executing pitches. I think you will see some guys improve with live innings and others have lack of consistency. Some guys have great arms and can just never gain control (Reagan Bazar) and others just need experience. You may also see guys get more comfortable with different roles than they are in now. There are a lot of new arms and a lot to figure out and learn seeing them in live action. I’m hoping it gets sorted.
Pitching is all about location. We witnessed it all weekend in softball and baseball, I don't care how good your stuff is if you can't pitch effectively in the zone. You can occasionally get away with pitching and missing the target if you have elite stuff. But eventually it will catch up with you.
