1. Pending an appeal of a positive drug test, I am currently ineligible for the 2023 Baseball season. We are appealing on multiple grounds, which include being unknowingly exposed to a substance while I was a physical therapy patient.

It was always about this. The latest thought was the appeal was going to be successful. Occurred during the summer when he was rehabbing the broken arm.

He was a pitcher for the Cajuns for the previous 2 seasons, he most recently transferred to Rice. He was highly regarded out of HS when he signed with us, but never lived up to his billing.

Not exactly sure what/who you are referencing with this post. I was just putting information out there about a former player. Are you insinuating that current players have bigger issues than this former player.
