    Agree. Glad to see most of the freshmen got in some work. They’ll be needed during the long grind.

    Love the freshman catcher, Vasquez. I dig the way she sets up in the batter's box. The girl can swing it.

    Valdez. I always mix them up. Vasquez and Valdez both had the big homers today.

    Next weekend (starting Thursday): Indiana, Michigan, OK State, Arkansas, UCLA and FL State.
    Following weekend: LSU on Saturday and Sunday, with Ole Miss on Monday.

    Hell of a stretch.

    . . . it should be nice to have had a tune up weekend prior to taking on the upcoming 11 day challenges . . . the line up and game cards should be interesting . . . hope we are as advertised . . .

    Tough luck on Davis being out for a few weeks. Could have really used her to lead off and set the table in Florida.
