And it captures the mess from my absolutely best boiled crawfish . . . A friend of mine had some great crawfish seasoning. . . I asked him for the recipe and he said I just mix it in a 5 gallon bucket . . . so, I purchased all of the ingredients and had him over to my house to mix some for me and feed us . . . I got a 2 gallon container and had him tell me to pretend he is mixing exactly what he would do if mixing some for him . . . I cut it to 2/5ths and is the keep my measurements . . . even he will tell you that mine is the best and consistent . . . I looked hard into having it mixed and marketed commercially but it was a no go . . . The price for mine would be at least twice an acceptable price point because of the ingredients . . . so, me and my dearest friends get it for free and that’s it . . .
Loved the red dot shirts and still ____ed I didn't buy one of the Cajun Chicken shirts but oh well. If they could only do something with the concessions people. They had to know there would be a good crowd on hand and most of the concessions had one line open when they have 2 or 3 potential lines. I went at half to get beer and didn't get back to my seat until the 12 minute mark. Still didn't damper the mood too much. Great game and great atmosphere.
Also, why weren't those beer stands open behind 123 and 110? How hard would it be to have a couple people selling cans?
Yep….. I wouldn’t mind paying $12 or $14 (asking price) for better craft beer like they have at football and baseball games . That kept me from waiting in those long lines.
TBH- Kinda glad I wasn’t tempted and didn’t miss large chunks of the game
That said, it was a great night at the dome and reminded me how much fun games at the dome could and should be
