I think they did a great job creating the entire night. I'm talking about the administration. They even brought back the red dot shirts from the old days, Cajun chicken etc.. Too bad they didn't bring back mid 90-s prices on concessions or open up a few more lines but that is for later.

Men's basketball paid for the red dot tee shirts.

And, in order to roll back concession prices or open up more lines, you'd have to get cooperation from the Dome.

Help me out here. I used to sit in the “old 208” before the renovation. We used to be able to walk out the doors and the concessions were right there along with the restrooms.

I could have sworn I heard the PA say about halfway through the game that they opened up the concessions on the second level. Did I hear this wrong? Are those concessions no longer open every game? Meaning people have to walk all the way downstairs to get their stuff?

We sit in 109 and their has been a concession stand open on the 2nd level all season. Understaffed but open and you may have to tell the young lady behind the counter what a Yuengling is.

I thought it was late in the first half. Only reason I say this is because I went up there to get beer and there were huge lines so I walked it down to the normal first level groups to get some.

So, I think they opened extra concessions up there.

I was very disappointed in the staffing for the game; I went twice for beer and saw lines of at least15. But, realizing there was a mardi gras ball taking place next door, they have to staff those. I think when they started their presentations next door, that opened up some staff to come back to the dome to open the additional concessions upstairs. But, this is all JMO.
