Kind of disappointing that UT-A and Adeline Christian were unable to get here because of the winter storm and it changed the entire complexion of the tournament. Instead of a true tournament format, the Winter Classic has turned into a 2 match predetermined matches for each team that is available. The Cajuns will get a matchup vs Nicholls today at 2PM and then will face Texas A&M-Corpus Christi tomorrow at 1PM. Cajuns should be in good shape vs Nicholls, but Corpus will give us a test, they always do. Be interesting to see how we perform vs them, because we will be traveling to their HEB Classic (a tournament we historically play in every year) in two weeks and that tournament traditionally brings some very good teams.

Last year we had to defeat ACU, ETSU and UTSA on our way to the championship of the HEB Classic.
