Honestly, Desormeaux is an old school coach in a modern era of CFB. It seems as though he refuses to raise NIL funds, or utilize the portal to its full potential.

I heard he has a 250k NIL deal to go back to Ole Miss as his first QB coach who left is going back there. He would be going more than likely for a back up role if he went. I think he is leaning more towards hanging up the cleats and going to work and getting married.
