Generically though, all the ways that are open to every other school are open to Louisiana.
It starts with inspiring the fan base.
If NIL is truly utilizing someone's name, image and/or likeness to sell a product. And not simply pay for play, it seems that NIL sources should not be limited to one's own fan base.

Technically, they aren't. Problem is, schools like us don't attract athletes that earn outside NIL money. Very, very few athletes [like less than 5] have ever gotten NIL money from sources outside their school's fanbase.
