You are definitely confused. I said Big 10 was down. The Big 12 is the best league in the country and it isn't close.

Look, honestly we've agreed on the direction of this program as recently as into this season and I realize that there is a conflict for those who feel it needs a different direction but also want to have a successful season. Honestly, I'm having a lot of fun watching this team and I'd say its pretty obvious coach has done a fine job of putting a team together and they are playing well. My stance is that if we do win conference or the conference tournament, I'm resigned to an extension as he would have earned it. I'll have to live with it if that's the case while happily watching this team in the NCAA tournament or the NIT.
Was it the 18 season that he had a tremendous win loss record missing a conference sweep by losing to LilRock that season? And didn’t we all, for the most part believe they were fun, and perhaps the best team since Great Alaskan teams.
I’m hoping we win out and proceed deep into the NCAA. But we’ve seen this show before.
. . . The big fish is here today . . . and has built a nice team again . . . what you talking about Willis . . .
I really enjoy watching this team in TV. But do you really believe that Marlin will have a team as good as this one in the next 2 years? Hell even 5 years? Because the man will get an extension for a great season.
He will have earned it too, but IMHO it’s not healthy for the program.
I agree because we've been inconsistent at best and have routinely fallen under expectations and you're right, he would have earned an extension although I'd like it to be on the shorter side but I don't think longterm it is best for the program but I won't scuttle a season like we are having with the hopes he falters. I guess it is what it is.
With NIL and portal, it’s a different game . . . Roster will have to be rebuilt every year in basketball . . . it will be interesting to see what he can do with the tools he is provided . . .
