All end grain . . . Lots of cutting and glueing . . . Awesome utilization of scraps . . . when it gets rough from use, you just sand it back down to original application . . . will be handed down for generations and will maintain like new condition . . .

That cutting board reminds me of a chess board I made in shop class back in 6th grade though not quite as intricate. I still have it, but my trim around the edges busted with the expansion of the wood.

I’ve always wanted to make some Adirondack chairs, but my wife just gave me a heavy duty resin set for Christmas.
