Well, for this to happen you need 3 elements; tractors, booze, and at least one idiot. All 3 of those are present in Lafayette Parish. I expect this could have happened here.

We could alway pull a McNeese and threaten to leave the league and leverage it into hosting pretty much every championship for several years…played the hurricane card.
