Not defending Marlin, but would you trade Richard's results in the exact same time frame and conference for Marlin's?

In this trade does Marlin get ULM’s resources and Richard gets UL’s? I wouldn’t predict success for either of them.

All speculative, but ...

Richard's has already shown if he has more resources (though not as much) he can put up numbers on par with Marlin.

He was actually a pretty good coach win/loss wise at La Tech where he was 150-117 in 9 years at Tech, but the success has not translated at ULM.

If he had Marlin's resources he might do even better.

…….My mom died in her late 60s and my dad found a great lady and happy marriage till he died at 92……maybe after a while we can find a lady for T-Joe……and I add this just as a happy story in my life of my dad….and yes what a fabulous lady Miss Gail was for all of us!
