    Deal.

So, to recap my deal I'm working on here, people way more knowledgeable than me are projecting a new arena with a 10 year window.

    ....making progress.

Once you start a renovation you are now obligated to bring it up to New codes and standards.
The gray area would be if you only renovating a part of the area does it only apply to that area or to everything that touches it. That is how a building will have less seating than it had before because the standards generally require more space per occupant.

The athletic department has to honor the TM contract with the CD. The scenario I mentioned to you comes from the fiscal irresponsibility of these existing contracts. Just mending that contract one would do wonders.

I believe any event outside of Mardi Gras Balls and graduation uses Ticketmaster

. . . speaking of Mardi Gras Balls and whether interested in Mardi Gras or not . . . everyone ought to experience at least one Apollo ball in the Cajundome . . . and you can bet your rats ass you will never have held your wife’s hand for so much in a 5 or 6 hour period as you will if you are fortunate enough to get that experience . . .

I haven't heard anything this year yet but, The Annual Southwest Louisiana Black Rodeo has been held at the CajunDome. Usually in March.

Mid-Winter Fair Rodeo does not use Ticketmaster, they use AftonTickets. The Southwest Louisiana Black Rodeo has been in the Cajundome and they use Ticketmaster.
