How about making a player/top recruit the King or Grand Marshall of a Mardi Gras krewe. NIL ca$h could include hotel, throws, spots for family members/friends on float and their travel and possibly an additional appearance fee.

or maybe separate floats for example: a running backs float or a linebackers float even designing the float with players’ images/themes
