Hard to say if he plays again.

I would imagine, he isn’t playing anytime soon. And he will have to be cleared by cardiology and team physician.

    But honestly, I don’t know.

I have had follow up visits every six months for five years. I know a little about them

He appears to be religious . . . if he has his way, he will play again . . .

Once one has a cardiac experience, I’m not sure he ever gets rid of the cardiologist unless he refuses suggests care . . .

Yup. And if you have not experienced this yet, one very important fact. If you’re sitting in the cardiologist’s office waiting and it’s well past your appointment time, remember this…the lateness may be due to a patient in crisis, and be thankful it’s not you.

And yeah, the vast majority of the visits are blah, blah, blah.

Just find one you like and stick with them. Just get a young one, mine retired and only the patient list was bought out. Went thru the whole gauntlet of tests only to learn I am in better shape than first informed.

I have been on BP and Cholesterol medications for years . . . 5 years ago my internist suggested that I have a relationship with a cardiologists . . . I love both my doctors . . . In May 21 I had a minor stroke if there is such thing (one percent damage to my brain but for someone as smart as I am, 1% is a lot of loss) . . . now I am on blood thinners also . . .
I was fortunate that I had virtually no lasting systems either physical or mental . . . Except it seems as though my short term memory is just not the same and most people I tell that too my age say they suffer from the same . . . Just getting old . . .

I’m thankful that this young man is progressing every day. I pray that he makes a full recovery. After seeing the prayer huddle before the Saturday night game, it’s a shame, but maybe this is just what was needed to help unite all players across all sports and make it acceptable to pray. Hopefully this helps eliminate the foolishness of coaches and teachers getting fired for praying.

I’m with you. Let’s see what happens going forward. Who will stand up for their faith when the corporate NFL goes back to their SOP.
