No one who has watched the guard play on this team and thought "Sweet 16" has a good pulse on its potential. This team has a ceiling, and it is not a very high one. Guard play will improve . Don’t forget that Greg is more than capable of running that position. With Kobe returning we could see Greg move there . Fulks can give u plenty of assists and will only improve

WE ARE LOUISIANA

Northwestern State may be best team in state with transfers from Missouri and Missouri State. They have defeated TCU on road and USM at home. LSU has played a relatively weak schedule. However they have defeated Wake Forest and lost to K State by one. Not sure how Cajuns would do against either one of those clubs. Not saying we could not beat them if we play well but I think both have more depth than the Cajuns at this stage.

LSU beat Arkansas at home tonight. Razorbacks were ranked. Tigers may be ranked if they ever win a true road game. Hard to do when you never play any. One of the things wrong with college basketball is teams like LSU not playing a true road game in all of their non conference action. Granted, their SEC money allows them to buy many non conference games. Still, I don't think that is good for the overall benefit of the sport.
