He can entertain Rick, but I doubt we can match the NIL opportunities he will receive. It could also be he plans to enroll somewhere in January but has announced it.

We’ve got two quarterbacks who believe they should be the starter, and an injured one who may or may not be ready ever, or in September. We probably need quarterback prospects who might not be ready to start for a couple seasons and happy to grown their abilities in supporting backup roles for a two or three seasons.

I have stated what I think plenty of times. I am now hearing Ben may take a medical red shirt. If he doesn't he still will not be the opening day starter.

Why would any Cajun fan tend to want to diminish the will and fortitude of a player who may be determined to be the opening day starter regardless of the known rehab that he will need to undergo to make that appearance . . . He should be getting nothing but unwavering support . . .

Jameis Winston returned for opening day in about the same time frame so it’s definitely not impossible.
