    The conversation was focusing on plausable reality, suddenly you shifted to a current impossibility.

    Different G5 schools can all guarantee a certain base, some will bring more, but there is a base guarantee.

    The only guarantee is Lafayette and the surrounding areas don't care about UL football.

    Outside of a couple of years under Hudspeth, this program has never consistently drawn major attendance numbers consistently. Go look at the Top attendance games at Cajun Field and you will see Louisiana Tech, McNeese State, Southern and UNT. And yes, New Mexico State. This is an LSU town, and always will be.

    I agree I have always said a lot of Lafayette $$$ goes to Baton Rouge. Some of the folks on this very site spend more in Baton Rouge then Lafayette.
