Texas showed me we can’t compete against teams with a pulse

Depends on how you define "pulse". Top 10 team like Texas has a strong pulse. Agree we can't compete with them especially when they play at the level of Wednesday night and we let our nerves get the best of us. How do we compete against teams with a pulse, but weaker than Texas is still an outstanding question. Conference play may help answer some of that.

I love the enthusiasm but I don't think this team can defend well enough to win a big game or two in the tourney, one of which, would be against one of the top seeded teams surely. I don't think we're even going to finish in the top 2 in conference as there is a lot of balance in the league this year and people are going to double up on Brown from here on out. We're fun though and I plan on making a number of the home conference games.
