Kobe will mess up the current chemistry.

That is certainly possible and coaches do note they have to be aware of that happening. However, they have been preparing for Kobe to be part of the rotation since the summer. Players know some of their minutes will be reduced when he begins to contribute.

Team, maybe.....Coach, no. So, I don't believe we have the leadership on the coaching side to even win our conference, let alone the conference championship for an automatic bid.

If Kobe isn’t 100% ready mentally, I would fully support him hanging it up. It’s a hard decision, he’s been told all his life he was a great player, and to walk away without physically seeing it to the end is rough. But he should be approaching a degree, and does he risk having this done all over again a 4th time?

I think he’s approaching finishing a Masters degree. I wondered if we might have a PhD candidate on the team for the first time.

This very well might be the dumbest post of the year.

I'd trust Marlin to win 2 games in the conference tourney... but no way in he77 he wins 2 in any NCAA Tourney.

I believe hell is okay to use. If not it should be.

I'm sorry, but I don't think a team that loses by 30 to anybody will be making any noise in the postseason. Yes, I understand Texas is legit and is a top 5 team. But we didn't even compete in that game. I hope they prove me wrong, but Bob has yet to do so in his tenure at UL. Please prove me wrong, Cajuns.

This is kind of my take . . . NIT is a place we would have a better chance at success with this team . . .

Never be a one seed in the NIT vs a 16 seed in the NCAA if your goal is growing the program.
