Look further down on his timeline. He had a visit to Colorado last June, so I’m hoping any offer pre-dates Deion Sanders.

According to his Twitter, JSU offered him on 11/15. My guess is he’s waiting to see if Prime will still be targeting him at Colorado.

….I think everyone is overlooking our great WR we got in early signing in October……Lance LeGendre……think he gets 2 more years of eligibility…..the skill set goes up when you add our Freshman QB and RB (Chris and Perry)…..maybe the LL2 factor got Fleming to see less playing time and ergo desire to leave!

It could be that he signed but asked the staff to hold off on the announcement until he can sign at school in front of his classmates in January. Or, he is going to enroll in UL early next month on a Pell Grant and sign in February. If it's neither of the abovementioned, he's still shopping.
