It won't be very long that it won't really matter who coaches your team. It will only matter which teams have the most money to buy the best players. It's already that way at the very top of the food chain. But a bottom feeder will be able to quickly move toward the top if the money is there, regardless of who the Coach is. How would coaches feel if the schools would start cutting coaches salaries from 6-7-8 or 9 million a year down to about 1 or 2 million a year and start putting that saved money into NIL deals instead? The poo poo would hit the fan and then I bet you would hear many more screaming for change.
