I’m going sober for the first 6 weeks of ‘23 and no hard alcohol for all of ‘23! At least that is the plan.

Well, clear alcohol, such as Vodka, and a proper diet can work too.

Had two guys I worked with on a project switch from Crown to vodka, one dropped 20, the other 25. And they’d down 2 handles plus a week.

The handles were at the villa. Not counting 2 or 3 nights away from the house every week. That’s stout!

That’s where I picked up another work nickname in my life, “The Only Responsible One”.

Dry January coupled with a whole 30 the last few years has done wonders. Hard as hell but by week 2, you feel like a completely different person. Until Mid Feb.. Let the Ball Park Beers flow!!

Yeah, I feel better even after just a week or so. I'm going to try to limit my beer consumption to just ball games come Feb 15. Doesn't get much better than baseball, peanuts and a cold beer.

I don’t drink anymore, been almost 17 years. Just not my thing.
