I wouldn't take anyone back that used the portal to leave the program. A kid that we recruited and signed elsewhere is a different situation. A former player that used the portal is someone who quit on the program. I don't like quitters.

If we got Big Johnson back, he would be a starter. I like starters . . .

Montrell ain’t leaving Florida. Cybo wasn’t real active on Twitter, but the only times he tweeted was to thank the gator collective. Have a feeling Montrell is being taken care of.

Johnson, Etienne and now this kid Fletcher...could be the best running back group in the nation. Backfield seems kinda crowded though. Bailey, Johnson, Smith...ring a bell?

Well, that second crowd is now an empty backfield . . .

I said a year ago a full recruiting year at Florida with Napier and Montrell will find himself down the depth chart.

With Washington, Williams, Perry, and 3 star top 3 RB in Louisiana for 2023 Elijah Davis coming in, that room will be fine.

This is a different crowd and hope you are correct.

I still think Washington is the best rb in this group. My opinion.

Assuming Smith not playing in bowl this would be a good opportunity for Washington.

There were plenty of opportunities for all of our RB's to stand out, and none really did. Maybe with another year under their belt or with someone new (like Perry or a true Freshman), including the RB from Carencro that was injured (Kendrell Williams I believe), someone might become the top talent that we need at the position.

Kendall Williams is way behind the rehab schedule in relation to where the staff though he would be.

That's too bad, hope he can get on track.
