    I know lumber has came back down a bit. Not sure about steel. Labor is still ridiculous.

    You're right about labor, and it's hard to get them to go work, even for higher wages.

    Cajunfan3406, BeauCajun, Cajun4Life, and cjr3888 are the only guys that I know on this site who actually know about construction and what is going on with this project. Maybe some other folks on this site knows but when those guys post everyone needs to pay attention.

    Yep. Other stuff may come down. Labor will only go up.

    Labor currently holds the upper hand in the economy. Good capitalist aren’t going away and AI along with more versatile robotics will catch up and end human shortages.

    I asked questions to the administration. If I can't get the answers, I have several friends that have donated $50K to 100K to the stadium fund. You can bet your backside they are getting some answers.

    They’ll need to protect the integrity of the lower level. It’ll be a slow removal process of the upper deck.
