Only a guess. Probably modifications to lower the overall cost based on price increases the last couple years. No inside info, just a WAG.

There were articles when hired. Architects Southwest (did south end zone and Russo). Don't remember GC.

Design has always been dependent on $$$ available. Same thing for every construction project.

No, definitely not. But I’d be surprised if it wasn’t the season after that.
