    great so you in your own words, you cant get a sb and an fc on same play, but i am saying batter does not get the fc in their box in the scoresheet, they get a K.

    you seem to have switched to asking two separate things

    I only asked one thing. You haven't answered the question, you have only added to the question. Once again read post 1. How is that advancement accounted for? PB, FC, or SB?

    fair enough….. im more interested in the actual box score score card. which would be a k for the batter. not sure where this extra FC would even be written.

    here is the OBR definition of fielders choice: FIELDER'S CHOICE is the act of a fielder who handles a fair grounder and, instead of throwing it to first base to put out the batter-runner, throws to another base in an attempt to put out a preceding runner.
    (doesnt seem as if throwing to first could ever result in an FC, nor was a grounder hit)
