I’m excited about anyone who is choosing Louisiana period. I certainly don’t know as much as our coaches and neither do the RPCA.

Choosing to be here because you want to be here, and choosing to be here because nobody else wants you are 2 very different things. "Choosing" Louisiana over North Northwest Suwannee College Prep Tech and Lower Huron Kinda College U just doesn't move the needle.

It is probably more of a dogging out the coaching staff than anything. Most fans expect the Cajuns to recruit a higher caliber player coming into the program.

MJ was a D1 player who had multiple G5 offers... not a D2 player with offers from Southeast Pascagoula state.

Troy main goal is football success. I’m sure their coach is getting better institutional support and NIL by their fans. Let’s face it, RP fans are probably the majority of die hard Cajun fans willing to part with money. Still we have zero Louisiana Collective Established to my understanding

Glass half full: we have a highly motivated 6'4'' 270 guy coming for depth at DE. Can only get better once our staff and nutrition specialists begin working with him.

I would rather us take a chance on high talent, marginal academic high school kid.

I trust our compliance department and "The Culture".

If we are .500 next year, all of CBN success was in vain.

Southern Miss and South AL added a ton of ex SEC players last year in the portal... both doubled their win total from the previous year.
