Those are the same coaches that believe we should be offering kids that are FCS level. We’re going after high quality FBS locally. We’re not getting p5 kids except in exceptional circumstances. We can only visit serious prospects.

That was Hud and before, Billy made great in roads with local kids and coaches. Hud was starting to crack that nut slowly. The problem is the local coaches have the same stigma the casual fan does about the school that needs to be broken.

Say what you want about recruiting ranking, but it is the measuring stick. It's about mitigation of misses.

Billy understood this better than most. Hud used the wrong means.

I would hope CMDs local-centric staff will pay dividends.
