He spent the last five years working for Chris Beard in a variety of roles at Texas Tech and Texas. Some schools do bring on folks from the HS ranks to their staffs. We generally have not done that here. Does not mean it won't be considered in the future.

    The main powers defining a 501c3 are the federal government, not the state. The state can decide its own ruling but usually excepts the findings of the IRS.

    The RCAF does have its own Employer Identification Number or EIN. The RCAF's EIN is 45-4433524, and the foundation's EIN is 72-6023836.

    While there are two separate EIN, the RCAF does file under the foundation's EIN at this time.
