17-12 in the Summit league. They lost in the first round of the Conf Tourney to former sunbelt school Denver. They have had (4) losses on the season that went to 5 sets. 4-4 playing at neutral site.

How do we stack up?

we lost to our potential 2nd round opponent UTRGV early in the season 3-1, but it was fairly competitive. Worst of the four was 25-17. We split with USM who is on the other side of the draw, we won 3-1 and lost 3-2. Same with Troy on the other side who we beat 3-0 and lost 3-2.

Good luck to the Cajuns. It is a step in the right direction for this program.

It’s basically Volleyball’s version of the NIT.

I would liken this tournament to the WBI. We are better than average compared to the field. UTRGV will be an interesting rematch. Would be nice to see a Clemson or Boston College in the finals…heck, even a USM

Zoom - didn’t realize we paid to play in the WBI. Thought it was an invitational as well.

The reason I liken it to the WBI, is the level of competition. Still a lot of p-5’s in the WNIT, but not as prolific of G-5’s.
