Official stats show him only 3 games stAte,FSU and TXST. He can play in the bowl game.

…. I would think that every player with even the slightest risk of loosing his redshirt would be checked as a no compete!!

I’m sure every recruit is signed only because the coaches believe they are the future.

I’m also sure that each spring, they go into it hoping to fight for playing time at their position.

But when one comes in here and crowns a QB based upon one series of mop up duty in the last game of the regular season they should be checked.

He may be our future, but when that becomes a reality is surely a question mark. I presume we will have two seasoned QB’s coming back who will also be competing for the starting position.

That is fair, Vic. I just feel he offers a wrinkle nobody else on this current staff does. Only time will tell.

Chriss played against Ark State, FSU (1 play at game end), and yesterday. He keeps his redshirt even if he plays in the bowl game.

Sounds like you are still belly aching because Zeon beat your beloved STM last season. He will play next season and I base that off what his head coach told us at the QB Club and his improvement over the past 4 weeks. Let's see how he looks in the spring.

I was at game last year in which those two squared off. I don’t know which player is better. I do know Zeon played well that night and his team won the game. I also know that Zeon is a very spiritual young man according to his Twitter posts. He is an ardent student of the Bible. Not that means anything in regards to his football ability. It does lead me to think we do not have to worry about him leaving.
