My biggest hope is that we hire an OC that is:
1. Good
2. Established
3. Take over the play calling duties from CMD
4. Refer back to #3!

Our offense is so basic. The most talented QB on our roster was moved to receiver for whatever reason. It’s like our HC who was a former QB can’t develop a fkin QB

NONE of our most recent head coaches have had much luck developing a QB.
